# 3D in consultation

To allow you to imagine the result of your future surgery at best, I use a 3D reconstruction solution in the office: **Crisalix**.

Based on state-of-the-art digital technologies, the 3D Crisalix solution makes it possible, from photographs taken in consultation, to create a 3D model of your body or chest, and to simulate the result of the planned intervention.

For eligible procedures, you can get a better idea of how you will look in the future. Together we decide on the details and we personalize your procedure even further.

-   In **breast surgery**: do you hesitate between two sizes of breast implants? We can simulate both.
-   In **body surgery**: do you have a hard time imagining the result of **liposuction** on love handles? 3D will help you.

The simulations validated in consultations are then accessible online, only by you: I send you a link which will allow you to create your personal space on Crisalix so you can review the images created during the consultation.

## My advice

-   ### Hydrate yourself and your skin
    
    Drink enough water and unsweetened drinks regularly. Apply a moisturizer to the skin once or twice a day after cleansing.
    
-   ### Protect yourself from the sun
    
    Avoid prolonged direct exposure, cover up and regularly apply total sunscreen protection (UVA / UVB) factor 50 to exposed areas.
    
-   ### You should not smoke
    
    or you should stop smoking as soon as possible. If needed, ask for help to your doctor or a tobacco addiction specialist, there are many methods available to help you in this difficult process.
